Terms and Conditions
Simple terms for paid work.
Effective date: July 25, 2026.
1. Who provides the services
These Terms govern services provided by MUGABITS II LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Real Work Systems (“Real Work Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide paid reviews, planning, implementation, and operating support for business systems, workflow automation, software, and related AI-enabled work.
2. Paid entry and scope
Payment starts the selected service only. The Fix Review, Fix Plan, Implementation Sprint, and Operator Retainer each have different scope. Any implementation, retainer, or larger engagement requires written agreement on scope, timing, responsibilities, and price.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, access, examples, business context, and timely feedback. Work can be delayed if access, materials, decisions, or approvals are missing.
4. No guaranteed outcome
We work to identify and build practical improvements, but we do not guarantee revenue, savings, rankings, funding, compliance results, or any specific business outcome.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. Paid review and planning work is generally non-refundable once work begins. If a payment was made by mistake before work starts, contact hello@realworksystems.com.
6. Confidentiality
We treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only to evaluate, plan, build, or support the agreed work. Do not send passwords, API keys, production credentials, or highly sensitive regulated data through the public application. If access is required, we will agree on a secure, scoped handoff.
7. Ownership
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you own final custom deliverables created specifically for your business after full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, and reusable code patterns.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Real Work Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
