What we collect and why.

MUGABITS II LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Real Work Systems (“Real Work Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this site and is responsible for this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you apply, buy, contact, or work with us, including name, company, website, email, phone number, business context, project details, and files you choose to share after scope and access requirements are agreed.

When you submit an application, we also record the first Real Work Systems page visited during that browser session, the referring site's hostname when available, and campaign tags such as UTM source, medium, and campaign. The site keeps these values in session storage until the application is submitted or the browser session ends. We do not store the referring page's full URL.

2. Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax-related information according to its own policies.

3. How we use information

We use information to review your request, deliver paid services, communicate with you, prepare project recommendations, maintain records, improve the site and services, and comply with legal or security requirements.

4. Service providers

Vercel hosts the site, Formspree processes application submissions, Microsoft Clarity provides site analytics and session-replay tools, Stripe processes payments, and site fonts are served from our own website. These providers process technical or submitted information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Analytics and cookies

Microsoft Clarity records page visits and interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation so we can understand whether the site works as intended. Clarity may use cookies and device, browser, and approximate-location information. Form inputs are masked, and the application form is explicitly marked for masking. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

After Formspree accepts an application, we send Clarity one broad source category, such as direct, search, social, referral, campaign, or AI referral. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, or full URLs to Clarity.

6. Confidential project data

Project materials are used to perform the work. Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, regulated personal data, protected health information, financial account data, or other highly sensitive data through the public form. If sensitive access is required, we will agree on a secure, scoped handoff in writing.

7. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for service delivery, records, security, legal obligations, and reasonable business purposes. You can ask us to delete information when it is no longer needed.
